Thanks Freeby! :D Unfortunately, my run came to an end on Saturday as I ran out of milk, so was one day short of my in-a-row target! :o However, I got straight back on the wagon with NSD number 12 yesterday! :j

Have a good week everyone and good luck catching more NSDs! chicken1.gif

  • No Spend this week so that makes 12 NSD for me.

I wasn't going to spend today, but the battery on my watch died.

I purchased a new one today £9.50 for one or I could upgrade to £13.50 for a battery for the lifetime of the watch. I chose the £13.50, what a bargain. :j

My luvverlee FIL passed when my eldest had only had 24 days on the outside, so there was no way the three of them had known him :o Their dad wasn't the best at telling tales of Grandad's daring dos, but I've always encouraged them to ask about him--& others--who watch us from above & they speak of him as if they had known him for years.
As they were growing up we took flowers to Grandad's 'doorstep' & left them for him to see when he finished working for the day, painting rainbows for the Kear Bares (<<to stop searches flagging us up ;) ). He'd been a painter & decorator after leaving the oldest Service you see, then my father was the train driver, MIL the cook & a much loved uncle teaches them how to cuddle :p even though the kids were older by then. They are grown lumps of things now but we still say we're going to visit doorsteps, & they talk with a healthy interest of the ones who have gone before.

So if that makes us doo-lally, I really don't care

I did an aptitude test to see what my ideal job would be--it was a proper programme from the noJobshereCentre & effreefink --& by far, the top job was politician

politician eh? i dont see why not. those views are not so peculiar and I defend to the death your right to hold them. personally rather be a high position council executive. can you believe some councils have education executives who are in charge of just their county's education are paid better than the education secretary in charge of the UK's education? mental.

    that is do-lally not us.

rising- nice to hear you got lots of hugs, hope you are feeling much better, the weather is quite warm here.

anyway NSD 11 on sunday and NSD 12 today, 7 in a row. on track for my 8 in a row.

NOTHING is going to stand in my way to me reaching my target, and yes ladies and gents these will be true NSDs, not one glimpse of a penny has vacated my person. i am half expecting my bank to call me and ask if i am dead. LOL! :rotfl:
