Hi- this may sound stupid but my totals dont add up. According to Ebay, I havent received £16.25 when actually it adds up to £13.24. I tried emailing them but didn t get a reply Cant work out re the mising £3.01! Any ideas?

YEP, sounds like fees. Ebay and Paypal don't work for free.0

Have you issued any full or partial refunds? I found recently that when I sent a part refund, the full price of that item was added to the "payments not received" amount.0

Is this one single payment receievd?
