How do you get deals in Berlin?

Hello everyone!
I'm new to this. I wondered if anyone can help? My boyfriend and I are off to Berlin in a couple of weeks, and I am interested to know if there are any sites such as lastminute.com that do deals, for example, restaurant, spa, theatre, etc, for Berlin, so we can book things in advance and save money?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

I got a berlin travelcard when I went there a couple of years ago. We had unlimited travel on bus, tram, train and underground. It also gave you discounted admission to a number of places in berlin. I looked on the internet for places that we would like to visit and also invested in a DK travelguide as I like these and find them useful. We planned out quite a few things that we wanted to do and see and then filled in the rest with other stuff when we git there
Reichstag gets my vote - it was free and interesting. Potsdamer platz had a good selection of eating places to choose fromI need to make a new list for 2014
think of something to put on it!:rotfl:
Try harder for 2014 as I never managed it in 2012 or 20130 -
There is a tourist office by the Brandenburg Gate where you can get left over tickets for shows that day for half price. Get there early for good seats.0

Prices in Berlin are usually a good deal to start with but obviously any extra discount is a better deal.0

I'm also going in 2 weeks and keen to hear what recommendations you get. I did try signing up for groupon but I never received the emails I should have got automatically so couldn't really do anything on there as you need to sign in to look

Only thing we know we'll probably do is champagne and cake at KaDeWe and we will go to the Irish bar in the Europa Centre (been there before and we are staying near there).0 -
Sorry, forgot to ask - someone mentioned theatre. Won't that be in German or is there likely to be anything worth seeing for non German speakers?0

Deffo get the welcome card. You can get them for 2, 3, 4 and 5 days.

You can use them for travel into the city. We also used them for discount to museums and for a boat tour.
Worthwhile getting a guidebook as well - lots of hints and tips (I love the DK top ten guides)
We've been 4 times to Berlin and have found new things to do everytime.
The zoo is worth a visit and I think you get discount there with the welcome card. It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -
