Best tablet to stream from

I am looking at getting a new tablet to stream to some TV's at work to show live squash and tennis matches (all legal and legit).
CAn anyone recommend which tablets will do the trick to stream off the internet and connect upto the TV via an HDMI lead. I assume I will need to get a connetctor to turn the HDMI connector into a connection that can connect to the tablet.
It needs to be able to send the sound across as well.
Any ideas?
