Awwww Izzy - nothing any of us can say can make it any better (((hugs)))
Please take time tonight to say your goodbyes - having lost pets both very suddenly and in a similar way to how you are losing Floyde, I'd always wish to be able to have time to say goodby, have lots of cuddles and try to find some peace ........... more (((hugs))) xx

So sorry to hear about Floyde. We lost our beautiful tortie last week, it was so sudden, she was her normal self, then started fitting last Sunday evening and didn't stop, she was 15 so had a good innings and a happy life.
The emergency vet we took her to was fantastic, so kind and caring. We brought her home with us and buried her by her favorite bench in the garden, we're planting some bulbs there for the spring.
I hope your boy goes peacefully, it's a tough decision, but a totally selfless one to make.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. It's such a hard thing to do. Like so many others I had to make the sad decision for my beloved cat back in September, he had gone blind and had dementia. I planted white pansies and masses of white spring bulbs for him.
I will be thinking of you tomorrow.

So sorry to hear about Floyde. We all wish our pets could just go to sleep and never wake up and it would be peaceful for them and easier for us. Unfortunately it rarely happens, so we have to take the tough decision and do what we know in our heart of hearts is the best for them.
big hug to both of you

Dear izzywizzy66. I'm so sorry to hear about Floyde. One place my husband and I found comfort when we lost our beloved cats is petloss.com which, like here, is full of wonderful people who know exactly what you are going through.
My thoughts are with you and Floyde xx0 -
Thankyou for all your kind words Floyde went to rainbow bridge at 10-30 this morning i stroked his tail as off he went and sobbed into bob my ginger tom he was put in my ugg boot box on the table till my dad came and helped me plant him in his favourite spot then i went to my local garden centre and there was a big terracotta shape cat which we planted winter pansies in i will miss him so very much but i know it was time to think of him and let him see and run free once again0
