Can I check progress on runners in London Marathon online

Does anyone know if its possible to check how a person is doing during the London Marathon online on Sunday?
I know their number and they will be running for charity. Not being amongst the front or club runners, is there anyway to see how they are progressing?
Can't make it down to London to watch them but thought it would be nice to support them from a distance. Will be watching the TV and wondered if technology had reached the internet yet.

Is my question ahead of the technology? I thought there were little chips in the running shoes of the competitors. Perhaps this is only the elite runners.
I wanted to watch my sponsor money draining away as each mile is completed.0
