    I've spoken to a guy named Paul at Superdrug.com Customer Relations this morning who asked me to send him an email containing all the details and he is going to forward the information to the people in Marketing who deal with this kind of thing.
    Apparently, they can't be contacted directly by telelphone....

    I had email this morning confirming acommodation

    I've just had an email (6.40pm) advising that I've got accommodation booked for Saturday night :j:j:j

    Only problem is I've made alternative arrangements now :mad::mad::mad:

    Thank you so much for those who have been contacting Unilever / Superdrug as they have acted and I'll try and sort something out :D

    Looking forward to it now - I just want to know who is starring Saturday if anyone or if all the celebrity acts are Sunday - I'm sooooo impatient x

    I'm wondering whether to contact them now as I specifically asked when they rang if accommodation was provided, and they said no. I then said they'd have to redraw them as I couldn't afford to pay for a hotel.

    Do you think I should email them and say I'm a bit annoyed now?

    Worth a try....Do it through the Contact Us page on the Superdrug.com website. I emailed them yesterday and someone did call me today about my email, to tell me the hotel email would be arriving today
