I've spoken to a guy named Paul at Superdrug.com Customer Relations this morning who asked me to send him an email containing all the details and he is going to forward the information to the people in Marketing who deal with this kind of thing.
Apparently, they can't be contacted directly by telelphone....

I'm wondering whether to contact them now as I specifically asked when they rang if accommodation was provided, and they said no. I then said they'd have to redraw them as I couldn't afford to pay for a hotel.

Worth a try....Do it through the Contact Us page on the Superdrug.com website. I emailed them yesterday and someone did call me today about my email, to tell me the hotel email would be arriving todayDo the right thing.....Because its the right thing to do0 -
