  • The 01332 number I don;t think is Unilever - I think they are just a telemarketing company in Derby who are handling the calls on behalf of Unilever - hopefully she has got the information wrong....

I'm emailing Unilever careline so fingers crossed something comes of it :D:D

It will be good to hear what they say.

I called the number that called me yeasterday unileaver 01332669877

They are just acting thick and sounds like they dealing with many xfactor competitions, they dont know what they are doing.

I called the number from the winners email

If you have any queries in the meantime please call the Unilever Careline Centre who are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm: 0800 032 3251 (UK) or 0800 032 3251 (N.I.).

The chap was confused why they gave me this number as he said it's actually the 'Pot Noodle' line

I had a phone call following my email (although the number was blocked this time!) and was told that there were 25 prizes but it was only for a pair of tickets and she had checked the brief and accommodation wasn't included..... I think though that this was the handling agent and not Unilever as the email address properties are for Nunki (or something similar which is the Derby number...). Still really happy with the tickets but it would have been nice to make a real night of it :p

I have also just received a phone call to say i have won some tickets too from the Superdrug / Unilever comp. I would like to thank the op for posting.. Thanks :A KatieL :A

I was also told that it was just tickets and no mention of hotel. I am waiting for my email, but if no mention of the hotel, I may email Superdrug as they ran the comp on their site. so really I would have thought they would be responsible for the prize being fulfilled properly. What does anyone think?

I think it's a bit of a mess up ... The people ringing are not from Unilever or Superdrug from what I can tell so they cannot really do more than what they are briefed! I am really happy with the tickets and will still use them but it seems a bit off that they are advertising 25 winners with hotel!!!! Has anyone else heard back yet .... I wondered about attaching screenshot of comp but at work and can't do that on phone so will be later to tonight!

I emailed Superdrug this morning but nothing back as yet :( I will update you if I do hear anything. Failing that I might leave them a message on their facebook wall!

Has anyone heard anything on this yet.... I've tried emailing and speaking to the handling agent but nothing.

Still going to the final and really excited (even though Union J are out) but just think its a bit off that they advertise accommodation and then totally dismiss it!
