How much SHOULD you be charged when in Overdraft (Natwest?)

I am very naive when it comes to these areas but have been reading with interestthe info on these pages. I have been in overdraft for a couple of years (purposefully) and therefore have incurred numerous chrages monthly ranging from £2 to £30. I have followed the sample letters on this site and written to my bank Natwest and they have sent me all my statements over teh past 5 years and put the ball in my court asking me how much do I think I am owed. As I have no idea what fair charges are, I don't know what I think they should owe me. Can anyone advise?
Thanks,
Tara B

My understanding is that at this point they are asking you to list the charges you are claiming for - not for you to make a subjective comment as to what you think you should be charged.
You will need to manually review the statements to extract all the charges you wish to claim for.

Have a read of the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature and you'll find a "basic guide" to starting your claim with Natwest, good luck.0
