Vogue Magazine Renewals

I know this will come as a shock, but this is a PRAISE post!
We received a renewal notice for my daughter's Vogue magazine subscription. We found it a little confusing (receiving the renewal in November yet the subscription is valid until June 2013). I emailed Vogue customer services to query the renewal, and also to ask why the renewal didn't take into account the offers available.
It took a few days to get a response, but what I did receive was very helpful and also very personalised ... not at all a generic reply (like we find from many other companies, where their responses often don't even address the questions asked).
So well done to Vogue CS. :T

I don't dispute that - but most businesses do the same.
It was still good CS how they responded to my email though (as far as I am concerned).
