Vogue Magazine Renewals

I know this will come as a shock, but this is a PRAISE post! :D

We received a renewal notice for my daughter's Vogue magazine subscription. We found it a little confusing (receiving the renewal in November yet the subscription is valid until June 2013). I emailed Vogue customer services to query the renewal, and also to ask why the renewal didn't take into account the offers available.

It took a few days to get a response, but what I did receive was very helpful and also very personalised ... not at all a generic reply (like we find from many other companies, where their responses often don't even address the questions asked).

So well done to Vogue CS. :T

renewals are now more expensive than taking out a new sub. ive complained before and they offered no explanation, just told me to take out a new everytime it expires.

I don't dispute that - but most businesses do the same.

It was still good CS how they responded to my email though (as far as I am concerned). :)
