I did what maninthestreet suggested showing the EA the highlights of the report and the house he claimed to be perfect needed thousands in renovations. The sale fell through and I am having a similar problem with another property.
I would try to get the EA to pay something though. Good luck.0 -
It is not unusual for EAs to have trouble getting vendors to accept their are issues with the house they are living in and believe is perfect!
My guess is the EA wants sight of the report in order to persuade the seller to reduce the price.0 -
