Either you, or the meter reader needs to determine which is night and day on your, presumably digital, meter. They usually come in the confusing configuration of rate 1, rate,2 and T for total display. Mostly, but not always the meter will have a blinking curser,or the reading blinks, which indicate which reading is in progress. You are in the best position to work it out as the suppliers or meter readers havent got much of a clue. Where I work in S. Yorks they usually record rate 1 in the night field, regardless of which rate it is actually is, and trust the supplier to get it right, which they dont always as they dont have much idea also. Each supplier has a transposition dept dedicated just to this sort of thing. I work for British Gas and its a well known mess up with them0

First compare your actual current meter reading to those recent estimated (and even alleged actual) ones
... and as sacsquacco says, ensure the day and low registries are correct and have not been transposed.0 -
Current Meter Reading
R1 2071 Currently mrtter is flashing 1
R2 10090 -
R 1 is day rate, R2 is night on your meter. another variable in the eco7 meter confusion is once you have determined which rate is which, then check the timer which controls the switch over times. They can be anlogue mechanical timer, a circular dial with a pointer at the bottom indicating what time it thinks it is, ( mostly wrong ). A radio teleswitch timer and meters with their own built in timers like the latest ones are. These timers are usually accurate. You can watch your meter and see when R2 starts flashing to see what time you re on the cheap rate for 7 hours. From your figures it looks like the meter readers have transposed the readings0

So any advice further the meter is digital one only put in in may time0

If you submit regular readings (at least every 3 months), you won't get estimated or (eventually) catch-up bills.
Not sire what other help you want. Are you on the cheapest tariff? If not get your annual kWh usage on each register from your bills or supplier, and use a comp site and cashback site to switch. No free lunch, and no free laptop
