Claimed & Won.... now need to claim again..

Hi Guys,

In september i claimed for £780 worth of charges. I accepted the offer of £590 back.

I havebeen charged £400 over the past few months and started the claiming process again...

I sent my Prelim letter and received a response which was something like...

"We cannot reverse any charges as we gave you some back last year as a gesture of goodwill. We will keep your file open for 8 weeks if we hear nothing then we wil close it.. la la la blah"

So what do i do? If i take it to the LBA stage and end up in court with it will i get told i should have been more careful? ?

Really don't know what to do... help would be greatly thanked!
Whoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping !!
