Superdrug X Factor Win

Just had a call from Superdrug to advise that I'd won a pair of X Factor Final Tickets from a comp on their website.
Only one I can find is here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4201861
Only the lady that rang said accommodation was not included! I've just rang her back after finding that hotel rooms are £200/£300 for that Saturday night :eek: and asked her to redraw them as I can't afford to pay out that much.
