Bit of a long shot but does anyone have the direct number to the Royal Mail Croydon delivery office? One that works, where you talk to a human?
Internet search is turning up an automated 'one for all' number and the only other one I've found is supposedly the wrong number.

Do you know the address of it? I couldn't find the number of my delivery office when I searched just for the area, but it came up when I searched for royal mail and the name of the actual industrial estate it was on....if that's any help!0

I'm trying to track down a parcel that hasn't been delivered to a customer. Their local office is in Croydon.
I've had no joy at all searching the internet or using any of the numbers I've found. So I'm just going to give up now and refund the buyer.
Weird thing is that it's the second one of a batch I posted on the 16th Nov that's had a problem. First one made it's way back to be rather than where it was supposed to go. (Has since been delivered successfully.) And now this one has vanished - somewhere!0 -
