    I've captured an image of what the error message says on Word but I don't know how to post it on here. Can anyone enlighten me please ? i.e. how to post a picture !

    Save it on your computer, go to; http://imageshack.us/ Upload it where indicated. Copy the link supplied. ie. the hotlink to forums and paste it in your post.

    Have you tried skipping the file? Make sure that you are not viewing any of the files in any other applications.

    What happens when you add the files to a project in Nero Express? Can you burn the images on to an image file?

    What's the error message that Nero kicks up?
  • Sorry about the delay, haven't had a chance to try to capture that error yet. I will do it tomorrow. Thanks for being patient and for your help.
