I've noticed this a few times now - let's say I list an item for £1.50 , it gets one bid , then a 2nd bid , but it's still showing £1.50 .

You are right, you need 2 unique bidders (not bids) before price moves.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have noticed this too. I think it's when the bidder has entered a maxium bid amount higher than the starting bid.
eg your item is £1.50 but the bidder has placed a bid of £5 maxium.
No, if a single bidder had placed a single bid it would still only show the start price.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The two bids are from the same buyer. The first is the initial bid and the second is the maximum they will bid. It's a good sign because if anyone else bids it will keep bidding automatically up to the maximum. Good luck.I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0
