Just looking at a Readers Offer leaflet in Saturdays Daily Mail where they have these advertised. They sound too good to be true so do these work?

No idea but we've recently changed our freezer to a non frost free (more energy efficient) Bosch which has removable glass shelves rather than the usual wire grid shelves. Therefore when you want to defrost it (which I must remember to do soon!) you just take them out, run them under a cold tap, dry them and put them back. No waiting for chunks of ice to melt.Adventure before Dementia!0

We used to have a frost free fridge / freezer but it made very very loud cracking noises. I am not sure the manufacturer was believing it until it started whilst my wife was upstairs on the phone to them. The appliance was downstairs :T0
