    i was charged this by customs at tilbury docks, as far as they are concerned it is according to the value and size of the consignment

    Just a idea but do you have continental markets near you. My wife runs a stall in a continental market near us (hot dogs food and fruit ect) but continental markets when on attract alot of customers in our area (north west)

    btw use google trends uk for market research. In your niche, you could spot trends for example fashion bags you could get items matching latest trends use also turbo listner for ebay trends

    Also try police clearence fairs or online companies like terapak to determine prices
