Is there such a way that instead of having to type regular things like my email address etc that I can just press one key or ctrl and something?

Keep your commonly-used fields in a txt doc on your desktop. Open it every time you start the computer.
Each time you want a field, go to this doc, highlight it, press Ctrl+C to copy, then in the place where you want it, press Ctrl+V to paste.0 -
Thanks for that response - will do that if it's the only way but in the back of my mind there's something else quicker I've heard of.... but maybe I was dreaming or something!!
