Has anyone machine washed a black laquer bag? My Erasto could do with a wash. I've washed all my other Kipling stuff in the machine, no problem, but I'm not sure the laquer finish would survive. Thanks0

Hi ive seen a woman in my town a few times with kipling bags. I'm not sure if they are genuine due to the logo colour,
She has a handbag and a drawstring backpack in a blue colour a bit like denim but it's not demin lol. The zips and logo writing is a cream colour, I thought it was odd as I inow kipling have their logo the same colour as the bag.Mortgage free wannabe

They sound like the range they did about 5 years ago - a printed denim & yes old logos used to have the lettering in cream on a black background
They were pretty hideousOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

First wash at 30 is okay, but 2nd wash it gets creases & white lines appear in the creases - I mean it fades in the creases & looks worn
3rd wash & its rough looking
(I'm speaking from experience as cat kept piddling on my bag& I had to wash it )
