I'm not on twitter yet but will take a look at the facebook page. I sent an email to the warranty dept yesterday, and attached some photos of the dodgy stitching on the seams. Not had a reply yet.

Great customer relations as my question on her blog has been deleted by someone!

So I have left the question again on her facebook page.

Don't think she did it as she's on QVC USA I think. Don't do anything really with twitter myself.

That's not good, is it? You expect better from them. The whole brand image is designed around making us feel we're part of a family or special club - so shutting us out like this seems wrong.

I was a little surprised and disappointed that my new Fairfax doesn't have a clipped key cord, as my previous Kiplings all have them. Do they only include the key cords with specific types of bags? I don't see why a Fairfax handbag couldn't have one.

My large fairfax does its in the front flap I believe.

Ok, I've seen two bags lately on QVC both out of stock in monkey mania (grrr) and seem to be exclusive to QVC. Does anywhere else stock exclusives which may not be on amazon etc? Thanks everyone

You can get monkey mania prints in Collectables stores in the North east. They have a website but not had time to look. Much cheaper than QVC.

eg Alvar in Monkey mania is £45.50.
