I've got the Elise in cello grey, it's a lovely bag with plenty of room.

I am undecided if I will like it or not.
I have compared the size to my Joslyn and still undecided.

At the moment I love my 2 Hip Hip Hurrah backpacks but wish they had a panel ? at the base and a keychain then they would be my perfect work bags :D

Obama, it seems like quite a big bag - is it cumbersome when you wear it across the body? Some bags swing around either in front of you or behind you when your wearing them across-the-body - drives me mad!

It could be annoying across the body if you had quite a bit of stuff in it, probably better over the shoulder. For across the body the Alvar is a good bet, but I don't know if that would be big enough for your needs.

I got a "burnt yellow" Elise on Saturday. WOW is all I can say. It's perfect for what I wanted it for... a book to hold A4 sized folders, plus pad, pens, A5 filofax, a textbook and room to spare!!

Makes it a great work/study bag without looking too "briefcasey"..

I might have to get one in another colour....!

Looks as though it's the Elise tomorrow at 8am. The colour shown is Heather Olive which looks lovely.

I've been hankering after an Elise as a work bag (starting a new job soon) but only yesterday finally decided against it and ordered a (non-Kipling) backpack instead. May have to have a rethink...:o

:)Thanks my friend's daughter is called Elise & it would be great if I could get her one... sets alarm ...;)

Has anyone got a heather olive bag? Is it an olive brown or olive green?
  • Elsie is £29.99
  • I do. In my eyes it's a brown. But I know it's classed as a green. Not sure if that helps LOL.
