7Roland8 - have you ever had any trouble sending things back to Amazon? I ordered the Himi in Silver Grey (not arrived yet) but now they've got it in Blue/Purple for around the same price, and I like that better.

Amazon are fab, you just print the label and send it back.

No, so long as you check when you order that it is from Amazon and they will say on the page with the images of the bags that it is free delivery and returns.

You can then print off a label as said above and it just goes back free - you can give to the postman but I usually take it to the P.O. to get a certificate of posting in case it gets lost en route and then you could claim it back. But I have given to the postman when unwell and nothing has got lost - fingers crossed.
