that's interesting, I bought the red Alvar yesterday for that price from TKMaxx but there was no purse with it.

The strap had a slight dent along the length of the canvas as if it had been used & at first I thought someone had just hung their bag from the rail whilst trying another bag but it had a ticket on it & it didn't smell of anything in particular.

I remarked to the sales assistant that it was unusual not to have padding inside the bag, as they usually do, to show them off to their best advantage. I now wonder whether someone bought this & returned it without the purse?

I bought it as a present for my mum & she wouldn't necessarily need the purse anyway but it's so light, it'll be perfect for her, I'm sure.
