I need to get rid of a few purses - for some reason I can't resist buying them :mad: even though I use the same one all the time and never use the new ones as I eventually decide don't like them as much - too late to send them back! Sigh. Someone's going to get a bargain...........or a nice present. :cool:

Not sure what to do about my QVC order. I was so excited at ordering and got the Blue Snake and the Bird Print (it reminds me of falling leaves so makes me think of autumn).

They arrived at the weekend but this is the first chance I've had to look at them and now I'm not sure. I love the Brown Snake I got a couple of months ago and blue is my favourite colour so really wanted the Blue Snake, but it's not quite the shade of blue I thought it was. I'll probably keep it anyway, but I'm not sure about the Bird Print.

Just wondered what everyone else thinks and can you help me make a decision?!!!! :rotfl:

I have the Gabbie in Brick and it's def more like the Selfridge's colour, so terracotta!

On QVC they always describe it as an 'earthy' tone. If you do a search on Amazon and just put in Kipling Brick it brings up a number of different bags and the colours are slightly different but it's just the lighting etc.

It's probably somewhere in between the two!

I suspect the Amazon one is closer to the truth though - on your second link the Selfridges website is also offering one in Turquoise Blue and the colour they have pictured is a fair bit lighter than the actual Turquoise Blue.

EDIT Just seen erana69's post. Yes, I've always thought of it as a sort of Terracotta when I've seen it on QVC. I don't actually have anything in Brick so I'm not really qualified to comment. I do have a bag in Turquoise Blue though so I can vouch for the fact that the Selfridges pic is too light!

Brick - I saw one of the patchwork pages and to me its more the Selfridge sort of shade - quite an orangy element and not really one I liked much - but I'm more into pinky colours.
