Thanks had my bags today and not sure what to keep. Think the Erasto may be a,little large for me - but lovely.

The Jiro may be a bit small but I like the Cabbage Alvar - and the Mitchell Blue too - which isn't as vivid as I expected.

I'm returning the lacquer Erasto & Gracy to compensate ;)

That looks lovely :) Are you really sure you should return the others though? They may come in handy and who knows when you'll be able to get them at those prices again?

(Or does this just explain why I have such a hard time with returns??? :rotfl:)

I like the look of the Erasto - I think it could be good for days out or weekends away maybe?

Need advice again please - same problem as before, I'm just hopeless at making decisions. I ordered the Reth and the Gracy so I could choose one for my Mum's birthday.

I like the Reth but I'm concerned Mum will find it confusing because of the number of pockets (which is exactly the reason I like it). She said the Defea was too big, and she has asked me to put the monkey onto the zip so it's easier for her to pull the zip - this makes me think she may find the Reth has too many pockets as I could only attach the monkey to one of them.

So I was leaning towards the Gracy, but I'm not sure if she would cope with the velcro pocket on the side. She can only use one hand, and the pocket has two velcro fasteners so it's possible the first one would re-attach while she's opening the second (if you see what I mean). I'm sure she could manage it, but I'm just wondering if there's an easier option.

I want to get one in flower print as I think she'll like that. What about the Syro? I always thought the Syro was small but the measurements on Amazon suggest it's bigger than the Reth.

Has anyone got the Syro and the Gracy, to compare side by side?

Or can anyone suggest a good option in flower print please? About the size of the Gracy?? Thanks :)

I'm now thinking the Syro would be a really good option as it has one main zip compartment plus pockets on both the front and the back so I think it would be better than the Gracy. Sorry to clog up the thread with this but I would really appreciate some advice from all you experts.

You can never have too much 'bag chat'!

Here is the Syro on a person - it looks a good size and about the same as Gracy. I would much prefer it - don't like the velcro myself on Gracy and would definitely be harder to manage with one hand - zips much better.

Nice big main compartment and a nice divider in the middle - plus the extra back and front zips and a little velcro front pocket :

Looking at volumes Syro is larger:
    Reth large - 6.5 litres
    Gracie
    - 7 litres
    Syro
    - 8 Litre

Gracy does look slightly larger - but only marginally:

Thanks. I think I'll take a chance and order it. I have until mid July to return the Reth and the Gracy so I should be able to compare them side by side. I think the Syro looks nicer than the Gracy. I've just never even considered it before because I always thought it was one of the smaller bags.

Looking at volumes it sounds like the Syro is massive - but I'm hoping that's just because it has the extra side pockets, whereas the Gracy really just has the one main pocket and not so much in the way of side pockets. Fingers crossed!

Found this review - now I think it looks lovely and I want one for myself!!!
