Just bought today's £50 hamper, with the free box of continental chocs 490g (normally £14.99
Incidentally not sure if it's mentioned on here anywhere, but at the moment if you sign up to TCB you get a £5 lovetoshop when you earn £10 cashback. They are also doubling all casback up to a maximum £20 for a limited time if you sign up before the 2nd December.
So for the 1 purchase of £53.95 (inc p+p)
I've got back £5 lovetoshop voucher (will surpass the £10 threshold as I also want to upgrade sky)
2 x £2.54 cashback now tracking
and 5% capital one cash back = £2.50
hell of a lot of chocolate for £37.92 shhhh that's my reasoning and I'm sticking to it!
Making hampers for family so it's a welcome addition.0 -

I know what you mean ... someone bought me a BIG box of Classics for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. Bearing in mind that I LOVE Hotel Chocolat dark selection, I find these classics just over sweet yuk.
Never mind, Ds is getting treated to one or 2 every day to get rid of them.
I also think that the hampers cannot be worth the 'full' price. Of course they're not - thats how come Thorntons are happy to discount them every year.I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.
