Npower direct debit rip off
Npower have raised my direct debit from 100 to 150 pounds a month. I am on a product (Bil saver 2013) which expires end of August 2013. They have based the new payment on a 12 month estimate but the last three months of their calculation is based on their standard fee which is more expensive. Who is to say that ater my current product expires I would be happy at staying on the standard fee? In addition to this I disagree with their consumption figure anyway .I there anyway I can stop them from taking such a high direct debit?
Thanks
