Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com/thismorning website as stated in promotion for the ‘This Morning’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 26 November 2012.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 2 December 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Competition closes for entries online at 7.30 a.m. on Friday 7 December 2012.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date in accordance with Clause 4.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

· PRTS Phone - call 090 41 61 99 99 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63335 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 63335 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) John Lewis Vouchers

Vouchers to spend in participating John Lewis and Waitrose stores in the UK and online at https://www.johnlewis.com worth £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) (the ‘vouchers’). The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The vouchers may not be used for magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads online. If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the vouchers, any balance will be left as a credit for you with https://www.johnlewis.com, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. The vouchers may not be used to discharge indebtedness on any account or credit card issued by John Lewis PLC, Waitrose Ltd, or John Lewis Financial Services Ltd, nor may they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis gift vouchers. When redeeming vouchers online or over the telephone for products available via https://www.johnlewis.com, you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher, and the online security code which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel. Once the panel has been scratched off the gift voucher cannot be redeemed in any of our shops. If the security code has already been used when shopping online or over the telephone at https://www.johnlewis.com, the voucher will be void. If your vouchers become accidentally damaged, please contact Customer Services. The vouchers are void if the perforated tear-off area has been removed. If you have to return goods you have purchased online using vouchers, then in most instances we will credit a nominated debit or credit card. You may also return goods to any John Lewis store. This does not affect your statutory rights. There is no expiry date but the Promoter recommends that the winner redeems the vouchers within a year of receipt unless otherwise stated by the prize provider and/or the issuer of the vouchers. Use of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, John Lewis.
