Aldi do 'instant oat' sachets - add measured amount of milk and bung in microwave for two minutes. they cost 99pence for 10 sachets and they are quite Oaty, not so fine as Reddybrek.0

I put 1 part oats to 2 parts soya milk and microwave for 2 min in a glass measuring jug, stir and microwave for another min (6.40am), put it in a lidded container take it to work and microwave it at 08.30 for another min. Lovely creamy porridge. I also add 1 teaspoon of malt extract and one of honey plus a few chopped dates. My fave breakfast.I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order

I don't have a microwave but it's 1 of big chunky organic oats, 2 of milk or water, and onto the hob - stir until cooked and then fresh cream with rasp jam [homegrown and made]. Flippin fantastic. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
