more ebay glitches

Found another glitch on ebay, I wish they could get thier blooming act together.
I get email notifications when certain sellers list new stock but all I am getting is blank returns 'this seller has no items listed'. Also when I check their ID it shows 'no items listed' yet they have full and open shops, no holiday settings on and business as usual.
Also and much more worrying, when casually browsing I keep seeing items with 'free postage' in the gallery listings, yet when I open to buy a postage charge is shown properly and in all the correct places.
No wonder we are struggling with our stars, the buyers must be thinking we are trying to cheat them
