Paypal account not showing payments with Ebay

I have been buying on ebay for many years and have had a Paypal account for many years too. This week I decided to sell some bits and pieces I had and they all sold. Payment for all items is by Paypal.
I received email messages to say payments had been made but on checking my Paypal account no information/transactions of payments for items I have sold are showing, only items I have paid for over the last few days. On my ebay account, the status of the items shows an egg timer with 'Payment was initiated on 25th November and is being processed by Paypal.'
Has anyone idea what the issue might be? I'm keen to send the items out, and it seems that the buyers have all attempted to pay but I have not received the funds?
I have just checked again and now one of the buyers has cancelled the payment as it was 'unclaimed'. What does that mean?
Thanks for any help/advice anyone can offer.

In all likelihood, you have the wrong Paypal email address in your listings.
An old one, or a misspelled one?
To check
Select a sold item - Go to - Relist this item.
Scroll down
Look at the Paypal address in your listing. Where are your payments going to?
Is it spelt wrong (even by one letter, comma, dot, etc), or is it an old address that you no longer use?

Thank you No Eye Deer. I have checked and my Paypal email address is a different address than my ebay address. That has never stopped me making payments in the past though?
Are you able to advise on what I should do now? I can change my Paypal email address so it is the same as my ebay address - should I contact all the buyers, tell them to cancel their payment and then repay again?
Oh dear, not a great start to selling on ebay but I guess we all have to learn;)Many lovely wins over the years - thanks to all that post:A0 -
The payment address in your listings, should be your Paypal email address - that's where you want your payments to go, not your eBay address.
Its to late to change your sold items address now I'm afraid. If you can link the wrong address in the listings to your Paypal account then the Payments can be claimed.
If not, all you can do is contact the buyers, ask them to pay by Paypal and send them an invoice for goods.

From what you have said (your eBay email address is the payment address in your listings)?
Go to Paypal and try add your eBay email address to Paypal. It may work. Not sure but worth a go.0 -
Very many thanks for your help, I made the other email address the primary address and funds now received. Thank you so much, I can send the items out now:DMany lovely wins over the years - thanks to all that post:A0
