Hi everyone

I remember reading a couple of months ago that some still managed to get overdraft fees returned by the banks (not entirely but some percentage).

I was wondering if anyone has had their money refunded recently and how long one can expect for the whole process.

Banks will still consider goodwill refunds for those meeting their financial hardship criteria or making a first time error.

For a self declared long time lurker, I am surprised you have not previously noticed this MSE article on reclaiming bank charges :cool:
