Someone who knows about my issue with the buyer from hell has just sent me details of a neg she got removed.
She is a small business seller selling high street brands and sold something, let us say a dress from River Island. Her title was ' dress from River Island' her item description said River Island and in her auction description she says River Island.
The neg said 'gutted- dress is just a River Island one- scam seller'
Obviously neg was removed but she kept a screen grab just to remind herself how bad some buyers are.

I didn't get a neg but was threatened with it once for an toy i sold that was as new not played with. The buyer was abbusive from the start saying i had sold her a faulty item and i was a bad seller and she was going to leave a neg and contact ebay as she couldn't get the item to work properly so it must be faulty.
I pointed out to her that she probably needed to pull the demo tab out of the back of the toy and then she left me positve fb, no thanks or nothing. What a dim moo.
Some buyers blame you for not knowing how to work something-drives me potty they can't just google before spouting off.0
