Wilkinson Stores

  • I love Wilko, shame in in the middle of town so subject to the draconian council parking regs. To be fair their own opening times don't help, shut at 1800 everyday?!

I'm dissapointed we don't have a Wilcos here where we live, one in every town nearby. Lots of bits and pieces you can't get locally, more so as we don't have a DIY store since focus closed.

I live in hope they will open one as the town centre could do with the extra store.

If your Wilkos is near a 99p/Poundshop then don't be surprised if they have a few items at 97p to compete with them.

  • I started to use the wilkinson saver card deal, but there seems to be a problem at the moment because it does not add the extra pound for each 24 you buy, even after 48hours has anyone else had the same problem
  • I live in quite a small area of North Kent and a couple of years ago Wilkinsons arrived in the local precinct.its great and I but most of my 'household' good there cleaning stuff, light bulbs batteries, loo rolls They have just had an offer on ariel liquid at £2.00 a bottle Ideal for me as I can't lug those great big bottles home.I think if you are careful and watch what the offers are you can find some bargains.I also bought som Cif bathroom mousse that Tescos wanted £2.59 for and Wilkos cost £1.50.Quite a differance. There Christmas bits after Christmas are well worth buying and they do excellant reductions when things go 'out of season'The health and beauty stuff is good value as well and they have been doing the Lynx range for Chrismas for a pound a time which was good as I have grandsons and they all like Lynx so helps with small 'tree' pressies
  • I love Wilkinsons and have brought all my kids bedding from there for years now it washes so well. Also love the craft stuff and cleaning stuff and house decs etc only thing i will not buy from them again is their own brand paint its not very good.
