Windows Vista BSOD constantly

So basically, as the title says. A few days ago my PC started to blue screen when launching games. Then when playing videos in HD and now it just does it after 30 or so minutes of use. I've tried a few things such as, cleaning inside the PC and I'ev tried running my AV (Avast) and spybot but I bluescreen before they complete. I've used ccleaner to fix reg errors but other than that, I'm at a loss.

As this is my only only PC and I can only use it for 30 or so minutes at a time it's proving tricky to really find a solution on my own, so I'm hoping someone here can help. I'll provide the dumps needed but it's proving tricky at times :P Thanks in advance o/

You've mentioned dumps but have you checked the event logs? Have you tried changing the ram, if you've a couple of sticks taking one out for a bit then swapping round to see if there's any difference.

If you look in event viewer you will get the codes from the BSOD's they may give you some idea

backup and factory restore cures most problems, unless it's a graphics card/overheat problem
