Why do we have Pet Insurance? Well i love my dogs and vets bills can be very high.
a year ago Sainsbury's had a good offer on with 10% on line savings and double Nectar Points WOW! THE COST WAS £13.60 A MONTH.
My golden Retriever became ill and I made a claim for about £200. My re-newal came and THE COST NOW IS £29.85 PER MONTH I make that a 118% increase. I called them and they gave me some bull **it about my pet's breed, age, (she is only one year older than last year) gender and my POSTCODE! BULL!!!
Will the monthly premium next year be over £65.00???
PET LOVERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! PetPlan do not increase with you claiming so i WILL BE MOVING!

How is it a rip off, given they are giving you a price for their service and you can choose to pay it or not?
And how do you know petplan wont do the same?0 -
Just because something is more expensive than another company doesn't make it a 'rip off'. If you saw a loaf of bread for sale in Tesco for, say £1, and then saw it in Sainsburys for £1.50, you wouldn't call it a 'rip off', would you?
Many insurance policies are cheaper in the first year.
Pet insurance premiums are generally getting higher due to claims, and sadly do get more expensive with age.
Not sure what purpose your rant and curses were supposed to serve really.0 -
It's clearly a really bad RIP-OFF because it's in capital letters.0
