The income will belong to your parents? Are they going to pay you rent for the flat?

As your parents are both in their 90's I'm assuming one/both might have served in the armed forces or did national service? If so The Royal British Legion might be able to offer them a grant. It is means tested though so they might not qualify but its worth asking The Legion.The Cabbage
