    First, we should try to reach a consensus on the dividing line between "north" and "south". I would not have suggested Scarbrough if the people from the "south" weren't coming.

    Once that is done, then we will have to reach a consensus on the meeting place for the "north" - having seen what is reasonably central for people.

    The "south" is easy - no matter where the line is drawn, the meeting will be in London.

    I'm in Staffordshire so I'd prefer blackpool as it's only 1hr or so away compared to nearly 3 hrs to london

    I don't want to imply it *would* be Blackpool - but it certainly does tick quite a few boxes.
