urgent advice needed on divorce please

hello there everyone im on writing this on behalf of a close friend of mine.to cut a long story short her husband is filing a divorce.he is still staying at the property (they dont talk atall) ,he doesnt work ,and she does and she pays for everything. all they own was bought by her.he is being really spiteful and has filed a divorce based on her being violent which is utter rubbish and has also filed for half her assets.im really worried about her and need some advice please.what can she do? will he get half her things? anyone been in this situation?

    Dont rely on a random websitelike this for this sort of thing, tell her she needs legal advice and to see a lawyer.

    You are saying on here what she has told you, and only what she wants you to hear.

    Lawyer, face to face is the only way.

    OP there are a wide range of factors to take into consideration; length of marriage, children, division of financial assets. As previously advised she needs a solicitor, but more especially an experienced divorce solicitor to fight her corner.

    okay theyve been married 15 years.the bank account is in her name only not joint.@McKneff i know a million percent that what he is saying is lies,he is very spiteful.he is a muslim and she converted to it a few years after they got together ,their marriage has broken down over the last couple of years .she wanted him to move out but he wouldnt go.She is a child minder and needs the home for her work etc too . i have told her to go to solicitor which shes doing tommorow i just wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience.if she spent all her money what would happen?
