Hargreaves Lansdown - Credit Card topup?

HL allows you to topup your ISA etc using a debit card. Has anyone found anyway to use a Credit Card to do the top-up? This would get me avois / rewards etc.
Before Paypal scrapped it's Prepaid card, you could top that up from a credit card and then use it as the HL debit card. However, now that's gone, I'm stuggling to find a pre-paid / debit card that's accepted on HL. Ryanair cash passport and PureCard don't work.
Any suggestions??
