Buyer from Germany? How

Typical, I have not really had many problems with ebay lately, and dont really sell much, but have had an item on BIN and its given me nothing but grief.
First buyer bought it, then decided he didnt need it, but was prepared to buy it anyway, but I thought better of it and just told him to forget the sale, and I took the hit.
Next someone else bought it, and did not pay (knew I should have changed the auction to pay immediately!) so have opened a dispute for them, as was not willing to take the hit again. And now someone has just purchased it from Germany, when my auction/setting say UK only. How were they allowed to bid on it?

Have you checked in your Site Preferences:- Postage and packaging preferences and click on Show. You can then Edit "Exclude postage locations from your listings"
Also in Buyer requirements where you can Block "Buyers in locations to which I don't post"

Cheers, have done that, but I still cant work out how they have bid, as on the listings page, it says ...

Are both their Ebay and Paypal (if they have paid) address based in Germany.

Not checked their PP one yet. I will have to email them, see if the item is to be posted to Germany or UK.
