Halifax all in one, paper statements?

Hi,

I was hoping someone with a Halifax all in one credit card could tell me if you get paper statements?

I've recently got one and i'm trying log onto my halifax online account and i've forgotten my password an memorable info, i'm going round in circles trying to retrieve it having phoned them up a few times, when i finally got through to them they wanted some other bit of memorable info i had supplied while i was applying. (yes i know i should keep better track of them!)

If i get paper statements i can just pay the bills in branch, if i don't i'll have to persevere with the online side, all my fault i know, i should be more careful.

    Yes, you do.

If you need to know statement info (balance, payment date, etc), you can also phone up.

You can pay the balance over the phone as well (or set up a direct debit for full/minimum payment, or a fixed amount or fixed percentage over the phone too).

Yes, i've put a test payment through (just £10) from my First Direct account, but i like to see if it has gone through (to make sure i put all the details in right) before i pay the full amount.

Also, sometimes it will handy paying in store (as i have a few things to sell on gumtree so will have cash)
