NPower direct debit discounts

N Power forgot to give their direct debit annual discount of £40. Though have now received correct bill after complaining, how many people are not noticing and so being overcharged

    Can't even see my bill yet but cs have assured me the discount has been applied so we will see

    I believe you have to have 12 months direct debit first?
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    He said annual so I assume he has been with them 12 months?
