  • OP I can highly recommend The 30 day shred exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels (the biggest loser USA)

I had a baby 9 weeks ago and even though I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight (which was overweight) I was still a size bigger than before. After 1 week doing the 30 day shred I lost inches off of everywhere, Im at the start of week 4 and Ive only lost half a stone but I feel so much better and im now a dress size smaller.

For me all the other diets and exercise plans didnt work because I would throw myself into it for a week see no change and reward myself for all my hardwork with a treat - cake/take-away/bottle of wine and then as I had sabotaged myself I would think "its not worth bothering now"

Im also sleeping better (when baby allows) and feel much more energetic than ever,

Google images of 30 day shred and you will be amazed at what can be achieved in a month, I wasnt a fit and sporty type before I started but as each exercise is only 20 minutes long I find I can push myself for that long and its most definitely worth it !
    Bow Ties ARE cool
