New Printer Paper Jam.

I cannot see unless I remove cartridges but they will not move so I cannot take them out.

Removed cartridges and paper jam button went off.
Put Compatible cartridges back in and black has run out so I will have to wait for supply to arrive that I have ordered.
As this printer is supposed to print iff a cartridge runs out,I wonder why it is still not printing!
At least no paper jam button light.

Why are you using compatibles on a brand new printer.? You implied that this fault occurred during first set up?

Bought this from Ebay (New) The cartridges were already in.
I have always used Compatible cartridges in my previous Epson Printer for years with no problem.
Original set of cartridges will cost more than the printer and I cannot afford them.

If it's new then the carts would not have been installed, and they wouldn't have run out before you started.
And it would come with original carts.
If you have used compatibles then unfortunately your warranty is void.
