This could possibly be the best news I have heard on here for quite a while.
It might just be the start to knocking down the whole house of cards.

  • Because you are new you won't be able to directly post the pics. Take all requested and edit. Host them on tinypic and copy the url for message boards and put that into a post and remove the http bit. Our browsers will reinstate it automatically.

Pretty sure it's VCS, not Excel that operate at Liverpool Airport

Correct. Same offices, same director and possibly the same staff but an entirely separate legal entity to Excel.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

But he's not going to make that mistake is he ? How can you confuse excel to vcs ? So what happens if they got the wrong paperwork out for this and issued under excel but go after them under vcs ? I gather that these guys work under both companies .
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Please accept my apologies I have made blunder, the parking charge was from VCS I have read so much info on the subject I can't think why I had excel on my brain, sorry for wasting time & raising hopes, I do not intend to pay the charge, having seen the statistics , I don't mind a gamble.
    Once again "sorry chaps"

No probs, you probably read so much about VCS that you saw they were from the same 'scammy family' of companies as Excel.

So either ignore it for an easy life or try the 'appeal to scumbags, then insist on a POPLA appeal' route (to cost VCS money).

Either way it won't cost you anything. Spread the word about this scam! :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
