Measuring vinyl flooring in bathroom

Hi DIYers
I'm buying vinyl for my builder to fit but forgot to ask him whether I measure under the bath or not. The panel will be coming off anyway so it can easily be done.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks

You could have laid it wall to wall before the bath is fitted, but if you are retro fitting it, I would personally measure under the bath panel as far as the bath feet, in order to have a neater finish when the panel is fitted.
Actually, maybe slightly longer than that, in order to lip it slightly up the legs, so that in the event of a spillage, any water would not run straight off the edge of the vinyl, but would be more contained IYSWIM.

No. It's a waste of money. Just lip it slightly under the panel.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Okay thanks. I'll measure under a few centimetres (as the bath is already fitted) and go for the nearest width (as I want the pattern running down parallel to the length of the bath if that makes sense.
