I'm trying to get planning permission for a Single Storey Rear Extension, I've checked the Council's website, it says 'Site Notice Issued & Display until 15/05/2007'.
What does this mean?
Many Thanks
Colin

Yes, this is basically to state that planning permission has been applied for. Your neighbours will also have been informed, it's a good idea to go and talk it over with them.
Also, keep in regular contact with the planning officer who's dealing with it. Then you may be able to avoid refusal over what could be a minor issue.Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
Its usually an A4 coloured piece of paper, laminated, and with all the details of the planning number on. It is so residents and people who may be affected can attend a meeting or speak to the planner about your application. The date on it, is the date you can remove the notice. Pink in Cornwall. It also will appear in your local rag.0
